In recent years,the massive turnover of insurance agent has seriously affected the healthy development of many life insurance companies.Because of its predictability and foresight,the research on turnover intention can help enterprises to take certain measures when they find the bud of turnover,so as to prevent the turnover of insurance agent and stabilize the insurance agent team,which is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of insurance companies.P company is a central subsidiary of an insurance group.In the past five years,the company has seen a spate of departures of insurance agent,which has added significantly operating costs.The research emphasizes turnover intention of insurance agent in the company.First of all,the influencing factors of the turnover intention of the insurance agent are preliminarily established,and a questionnaire for the insurance agent is developed on the basis of literature review and the actual situation of the company.Then,259 subjects are randomly selected for a questionnaire survey,and confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are performed on the data,by using statistical software such as SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0.Then,by analyzing the data,we can figure out 4main reasons: First,the company’s compensation and benefits level is low,the compensation system is unreasonable.Second,the training content can not meet the needs of the insurance agent,and remains to be expanded.Third,the work intensity is big,and the examination difficulty is large.Fourth,the interpersonal relationship is disharmony.Aimed at this point.Four,countermeasures are put forward.First,appropriately increasing salary and welfare treatment,perfecting salary and welfare system.Second,broadening training content to meet the needs of insuranceagent training.Third,reduce the work intensity and the examination difficulty.Fourth,actively promote interpersonal harmony.The research provides effective suggestions for the company in insurance agent management,reduces turnover rate of the insurance agent.and stabilizes the insurance agent.At the same time,it can provide reference for other insurance companies in insurance agent management.
