At this stage,The turnover of insurance agents has attracted great attention from the regulatory authorities and insurance companies.This is also a problem that can not be ignored under the background of the social economic transformation and the new stage of the development of insurance industry in China.Taking the actual situation of TP insurance Company as an example,This paper analyses the current situation of the turnover of personnel and the causes of the turnover of personnel,analyses the actual situation of the turnover of agents in TP Insurance Company,Points out the negative impact of the turnover of agents,then make a analysis with the key factors of agent turnover based on questionnaire and interview.Finally,from the insurance industry,insurance companies and agents,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the rate of agent turnover.This study has a certain practical guiding significance for improving the retention rate of agents and stabilizing the agent team.A series of measures can effectively reduce the turnover rate of insurance agents by improving the recruitment system of individual agents and establishing a matched system of organizational culture.How to reduce the turnover rate of insurance agents is also the focus of this paper.
