On the basis of relevant theories related to employee motivation and management practices,with the on-site inspection,the original company data collection,interviews,questionnaires and one to one staff interview,this article analyze the current situation of BJ advertising company employee needs status and incentives,noting the company in terms of pay and benefits,training and development,institutional environment,corporate culture,career planning and other incentives problems and further proposed incentives optimization.The survey found that foremost need of the staff are salaries and benefits,followed by the need to require a higher level trust and a good institutional environment.Interviews found that the company can have achievements of today's development is inseparable from the relationship with the hard work of the founder.But as the expansion of the company's development and company's leaders should learn authorization,because the authorization shows a higher level trust in subordinates,and improve their work enthusiasm;on the other hand,it can improve the decision-making efficiency,to cultivate talent for the company.Once again,the company should increase training investment.Training not only can improve the skills of workers to provide more opportunities for advancement for employees,but also to meet the needs of employees to achieve self-worth.In the analysis of the status quo of the employee incentive mechanism,we found the existence of BJ advertising company employee incentive status quo issues,including pay incentives imperfect,performance management system is not perfect,inadequate attention to training,lack of career management system,the lack of the corporate culture incentives,and an improved scheme has been put forward.This study concluded contributed the innovation efficiency of BJ advertising companies,but also provide a reference for optimizing other similar employees incentives.
