Since China's reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved rapid development,the railway industry supervision by monopoly of a strong and rapid development,but the increasingly fierce competition,plays a vital role in a hierarchical structure is relatively stable and reasonable supervision team of the company development.With the increasing pressure of competition,the development and utilization of human resources has become the main content of competition,competition in the scientific and reasonable mechanism will enable enterprises to occupy the advantage in the competition,the enthusiasm of encouraging employees in enterprise management at present has become a key factor in determining the success or failure.The optimization of incentive mechanism is an important strategy to attract and retain talent,and to maximize the enthusiasm of the staff.Incentive mechanism is very different,but the purpose is to stimulate the creativity and enthusiasm of employees.Business opportunities are changing rapidly,fleeting,therefore,at this stage of the development of enterprises need to break the traditional management model,requiring enterprises to enhance the enthusiasm and flexibility to meet the needs of the market.Different types of enterprises need to develop appropriate incentive mechanism for their own characteristics,only to choose their own incentives is the most important.In this paper,the incentive mechanism of SDJT company employees as the research object,through a variety of domestic and foreign incentive theory study and reference for SDJT supervision company employees in compensation management,occupation development and housing security incentive mechanism current situation and existing problems,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward the optimization ideas of the new.This paper in the creation process,the integrated use of the literature method,system analysis method and questionnaire survey method,incentive mechanism optimization ideas as much as possible with the actual and linked to the theory of SDJT supervision company employees,strive in the future management of the enterprise has certain operability and reference value.
