Nowadays,with the science and the technology moving forward,the social economy crazily roars at the same time.Competition plays a crucial role in the market.How to accelerate the transformation from the commodities to cash flow is becoming the hottest issue among corporations.As we all know,salespersons are one kind of the most effective employees in companies.To arouse the creativity and the enthusiasm of sales staff,companies must carry out effective motivation mechanisms so that they can defeat the competitors in the fierce market.Based on the fundamental motivation theory and incentive mechanisms,starting from the basic situation of employees,this article discusses the existing circumstances of current incentive mechanism of OSR company.As a leading lighting company in the world,OSR focuses on the research and development,production and merchandising of lamps and related services.It has much in common with other multinational lighting companies in those aspects,and that leads it to be a representative study.In recent years,with the expansion of the domestic lighting market,the competition has become even heated.The multinational lighting companies is faced with huge challenges from local companies,and the salespersons encounter the heaviest pressure which has never shown up before.How to keep and attract the sales representatives becomes the first priority of the foreign companies.This article concentrates on the discussion of the motivation mechanism within OSR company,points out the existing problems and finally brings up some suggestions to improve the motivation mechanism.In this way,the author hopes companies could attract and keep the excellent sales staff and also provide some reference to other related multinational corporations.
