| At present, China is transiting industrial economy to knowledge economy, intellectual talents as a product of the times, is now became the key to competition among enterprises, knowledge of how to give full play to the talents in the efficacy of enterprises in the development of important problems that must be confronted. And if the company wants to recruit and cultivate knowledge employee, it must be combined with the characteristics of enterprises and knowledge employee, and constantly improve the incentive mechanism. In recent years, many scholars have questioned the traditional concept of knowledge worker management and stick to break the traditional thinking pattern, in understanding the different needs of knowledge employee based on the presented a wide range of incentives to effective knowledge worker performance. Meanwhile, enterprises can be rational and effective allocation of human resources, and to some extent to save costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, for a study on the motivation of knowledge employee play their potential not only for employees, but also for companies to attract and retain talent, enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises have a very important significance.HW company is "all user-centric, responsibility to customer satisfaction" and strives to improve service quality, development and services projects, aims to become a leading enterprise companies for similar services, in order to achieve this goal must rely on the high quality of innovative knowledge workers. In this paper, through literature research, interview and questionnaire methods, analysis of knowledge and non-incentive factors of different demand characteristics of the knowledge workers, concluded that the main motivator of knowledge workers, and discussed the relationship between incentives and incentive effects, against HW corporate knowledge workers based on double factor theory motivation model. In the above model and the results on the basis of targeted proposed incentives for HW company knowledge workers, with a view to further promoting the knowledge worker’s job performance, improve the performance of HW company. |
