Since reform and opening up, market-oriented transformation of labor relations hashappened in the needs of adapting to the Socialist market economic system development. Atpresent, China is in a special period of economic transformation, social transformation, newchanges emerge in the area of labor relations, labor dispute in the performance of economicinterest conflicts is entering “multiple period”,“group effect”has appeared initially representedby collective labor disputes, labor relations conflicts became one of the main socialcontradiction in China.Since2008,《Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promotion Contracts》、《Law ofthe People’s Republic of China on Promotion of Employment》、《Law of the People’sRepublic of China on Promotion of Employment》、《Social Insurance Law of the People’sRepublic of China》 had been implemented. With the introduction of these laws andregulations, worker’ demands for the legally hireling system and sense of self-protection aregrowing, labor dispute cases increased year by year, the system dealing with labor dispute isfacing serious challenges.Mediation is the best way to solve labor disputes because of its flexibility and low cost,and it should become the first defense to deal with labor disputes. But in implementation,there are so many uncertainty exist in establishing practical labor dispute mediationmechanismsBased on some theories of business administration class and author’s working practice,the thesis carried out4kinds of methods to discuss about labor dispute mediation mechanismin highway enterprise: document analysis, quantitative research, survey and case study. Thefirst chapter is an introduction. Second chapter is an overview and research theory of labordisputes. Chapter III is the introduction of current situation of labor dispute mediation andprevention, mainly focus on the nationwide labor dispute cases, the mediation situation etc.Those focuses provide good research clue. The fourth chapter describes some cases in JLExpressway Company and summarizes some notices which provides practical basis forchapter five. Chapter five brings up some practical thoughts in labor dispute mediationmechanism of expressway enterprise, which include six modules of human resourcesmanagement, and three important parts.
