| With the development of our country's market economy, labor relations have increasingly become one of the important economic relations. Under such a new condition, great changes of enterprise have happened in the labor relations. They generally developed multi-factored, regulated, market-oriented, contractually and legally, which makes interest difference between the employers and employees more outstanding than before. Consequently, the labor disputes appear in the process of maximizing their benefits respectively.The sharp increase of labor dispute has its deep historic background and the contemporary reasons, as a result of which, many problems are coming up during the solution of them. At present, a problem facing the human resources management personnel is how to work out the labor disputes through the internal management practice of the enterprise legally on the basis of the present legal system.First, this article begins with the situation of the labor disputes, and then sums up the special points and the reasons of them. Secondly, it further analyzes the problems existing in the labor disputes, on the base of which, it comes up the resolutions accordingly. At last, standing at the position of the enterprise, it states the plan of how to establish the precaution system within an enterprise to prevent the appearance of the labor disputes so as to reduce the enterprise's internal risk during running. |
