In the 21 st century,due to the highly competitive market economy and the trend of global economic integration,the business environment faced by enterprises is becoming increasingly complicated.Enterprises that want to be invincible in fierce competition,they must be the low cost,high quality and quick response to the market for production.Because resources are limited,no one company can occupy a competitive advantage in all areas,all enterprises in order to be able to obtain a unique competitive advantage.We must focus all the resources of the enterprise on the core business of the enterprise,and through the use of external resources to achieve business goals.Under this trend of development,"human resources outsourcing" came into being.Outsourcing helps enterprises to save costs and enhance the management efficiency and quality of enterprises.It is also an effective way to ensure that your business can focus on your core business.Although the demand for human resource outsourcing in our country nowadays is relatively large and develops rapidly,the outsourcing of human resource in our country started relatively late.In many realistic implementation processes,many problems still need to be solved,for example,there is information asymmetry in the choice of outsourcers;in the process of outsourcing,internal staff does not accept the internal conflicts caused by the intensification of the problem and so on.Therefore,starting with the development of human resource outsourcing in Tianjin,this paper analyzes the outsourcing cases of L Company in detail,and then draws some effective measures to avoid the risk of human resource outsourcing.We hope that the other similar enterprises in Tianjin can carry out Human Resources Outsourcing to provide reference.Through researching and analyzing L company's outsourcing activities,this paper consults,collate and analyze a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on communication management theory.Based on the full understanding of theoretical knowledge,combined with the field observation of L company,find out the problems that exist in human resource outsourcing in our country and the reasons.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of L's risk in two outsourcing processes,it provides a reliable basis for decision-makers whether to implement human resources outsourcing,which is of reference to the development of the company.
