From the 1980's,with the development of economic globalization and Internet technology,and management has changed dramatically compared to the past.The "outsourcing" is in one of these changes.As a new business model,"outsourcing" in the world capable of uneven economic development under the downturn continued rapid growth of many industries,which has not only become an important strategy for the development of enterprises,but also attracted the attention of academia.economics and management become a hot research topic.And human resource management outsourcing is one of the areas of all types of the fastest growing outsourcing.Through the study found,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is the main driving force to promote human resource management outsourcing.Human resources are the core strategic resources of enterprises,once you start outsourcing internal management model will result in significant changes.Therefore,the implementation of human resource management outsourcing is bound to impact on the business operation and management.Private enterprise is the most dynamic part of China's economy.However,with the development of the times,the human resource cost has become one of the core problems that enterprise managers need to face.Compared with the state-owned enterprises,foreign-funded enterprises and joint ventures,private enterprises lack both a strong organizational structure and cost investment,and no foreign advanced management experience can learn from the introduction,Cooperation,improve management efficiency.Better reference for small and medium private enterprise human resource management,this article from the basic theory,outsourcing revenue risk analysis,decision analysis Outsourcing three aspects of the theory.I chose some small and medium private enterprises in economically developed Zhejiang,Guangdong and other coastal areas of southeast as subjects were investigated.Through investigation and analysis,this paper argues,human resources outsourcing will appear more frequently in the daily management of small and medium private enterprises.In the process of transformation and upgrading of small and medium private enterprises,a good human resource outsourcing can also help companies to reduce costs,improve efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of purpose.
