Human Resource Outsourcing is a management approach that put part or all ofthe human resources management functions to the third-party professional companyon the basis of assessing the organization of human resource management functionsby needs of managers, which can reduce the cost of human resources, deploy thecorporate resources reasonable and maximize internal efficiency ultimately. ZMCompany is a family business which caught in a low efficiency of human resourcemanagement errors because of hard to break the shackles of traditional employing theconcept and system. This paper analyzed the feasibility, necessity, benefits and risksof human resource outsourcing based on the company’s human resources managementstatus, advised the managers outsourced human resources management transactionalwork to professional service organizations, so that the human resources managementdepartment can put more time and effort to the core competitiveness, building andtransform department functional.Firstly pointed out the significance and the research goal, carried on the analysisto the domestic and foreign of family enterprise human resource management theoryand human resources outsourcing theory, the research ideas and methods in this thesis;defined the feature and content of family enterprise human resource management,discussed the connotation, mode and specific content of human resources outsourcing,analyzed the various stages work of human resources outsourcing, described therelationship between transaction costs, core competitiveness theory and humanresources outsourcing; introduced the basic situation of ZM Company’s fromemployees recruitment, compensation management, employee motivation, trainingand employee relations management, analyzed the necessity, feasibility, outsourcinggains and risks of human resources; On the basis talked about the process of humanresources outsourcing, during the preparation phase, should clear outsourcingpurposes and establish a human resources outsourcing committee, during theimplementation phase, the manager should select human resources outsourcing modeland outsourcing service provider properly, analyze human resource outsourcingcontent scientifically and sign outsourcing agreement carefully, during themanagement phase, the manager should pay attention to the communication andcoordination in internal and external e company, eliminate outsourcing the impact onemployees actively, strengthen the supervision and incentives of outsourcing service providers, transform the functioning of the human resource management department;at the last, the author discussed the human resources outsourcing risk control method,including content selection, cultural conflict, information resources control and retreatpackage.Human resources outsourcing is a more popular research area in businessresearch. The author hope through this article can provided the theory instruction forZM Company’s human resources outsourcing; on the other hand provided theinformation and reference for other family enterprise human resources outsourcingpractice.
