Study On Food Inspection System

After the Sanlu Milk Powder Incident,people found that unsafe food would seriously endanger their health,and food safety issues jumped into people's vision.Since then,food safety has been a hot topic,so the state attaches great importance to food safety issues,and has made many reforms and attempts to this end,however in recent years,various food safety accidents still occur frequently in recent years,highlighting many problems.In the era of rich and diverse food,people are increasingly demanding high-level and high-quality food,so it is urgent to ensure food safety.Food inspection is the quality and safety inspection of food,and through a series of inspection to assess food hygiene and quality safety,the ability and level of food inspection will have a significant impact on people's lives and social stability.Sound and effective food inspection system plays an important role in ensuring food safety,maintaining the development order of food industry and promoting social harmony.Taking J city as an example,this paper investigates and studies the development process,legal basis,establishment of food inspection institutions,food inspection safety standards,provisions of various links of food inspection and the treatment of the results of food inspection in J city.To explore and find out the problems in the operation of food inspection system,such as the imperfect laws and regulations related to food inspection,the inadaptability of food safety standards to food inspection,the unreasonable establishment of food inspection institutions,and so on.Some practical countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of food inspection system through in-depth study,such as refinement of laws and regulations on food inspection,increase of inspection requirements for small livestock and poultry meat and food workshops,establishment of a unified food inspection institution,standardization of food inspection standards,construction of a large database of food inspection,etc to ensure food safety.
