Food safety Inspection is an important part of the food safety supervision, to ensure food safety plays an irreplaceable role. China’s food safety inspection system based on multi-sector regulatory model based segmentation builds. Due to the frequent occurrence in recent years, food safety, food safety situation is still grim, multiple regulatory segments meet the current regulatory model has been the development of the new situation of food security, it is necessary to present the "Food Safety Law" to be modified. While at the same food safety regulatory reform model should synchronize on food safety inspection system to make the necessary modifications to the newly revised regulatory model of convergence, maximize food inspection of important functions to ensure food security.In this paper, the revised "Food Safety Law" as an opportunity, in-depth study of China’s food safety inspection system, the use of empirical research methods and comparative research method to analyze the actual situation of China’s food safety inspection system, learn from the best practices of developed countries, at the same time, introduce some parts of China are useful attempt. Mainly it includes four parts: The first chapter is introduction. This chapter typical food safety incidents occurred in China in recent years as a starting point, with "Food Safety Law" dynamic, determined the basic theme of the article research. The second chapter, the basic theory of food safety inspection. This chapter first defines the concept associated with food safety inspection, and related concepts for a more detailed explanation, in order to avoid confusion between similar concepts. Chapter III, Status and Problems of food safety inspection system development. This chapter focuses on China’s food safety inspection system at all stages of the development of a useful summary of the existence of problems in the process, mainly in the real case, research reports, data tables, etc. as exemplified in discourse, by some relevant cases, the original data further analysis, pointing out problems and deficiencies in five areas of food safety inspection system. The fourth chapter, China’s food safety inspection system improved. This chapter is under the guidance of the basic theory of food safety testing to the third chapter five chapter analyzes problems and noted, combined with our successful practices in individual provinces pilot and useful experience, made highly targeted improvement countermeasures, and related demonstration.
