As an important node in the food safety chain,agricultural product cold chain logistics,due to the particularity of its logistics objects,is more demanding in terms of logistics conditions than ordinary products,so the development of cold chain logistics has received more and more attention.It is therefore even a key factor in the overall logistics level of a region.The development of cold chain logistics will drive the production and circulation of agricultural products,and it is also of great significance to ensure the food safety of agricultural products.Nowadays,people's dietary concepts and eating habits have changed,and market demand has also changed.Under such a background,the cold chain logistics industry in Harbin has begun to develop and gradually develop.Harbin should establish a fast,efficient,functional,professional level,and can become a domestic first-class cold chain logistics system for agricultural products,but in terms of the current development status,there are still many problems in the development of agricultural cold chain logistics in Harbin.These problems have hindered the continued development of cold chain logistics.Based on the related concepts and theories of agricultural cold chain logistics,this paper draws on the experience of domestic cold chain logistics development to study the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Harbin,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which is beneficial to optimize the cold of agricultural products in Harbin.The chain logistics system improves the logistics efficiency of agricultural products,guarantees the quality of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,and ensures the soundness and completeness of the cold chain logistics system in Harbin.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to comprehensively and deeply study the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Harbin,first analyze its operation mode at the current stage,and then proceed to the current situation of demand from the scale of cold chain logistics demand and consumer preferences.After analyzing,the paper analyzes the current situation of cold chain logistics supply of agricultural products in Harbin from three aspects: transportation equipment,node construction and construction of storage facilities.(2)According to the current situation analysis of the cold chain logistics system of agricultural products in Harbin,SWOT analysis is carried out to find out its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,carry out specific analysis and build a strategic matrix,and lay the foundation for proposing solutions.(3)Drawing on the advanced experience of the development of cold chain logistics of Shouguang,Tianjin and Hainan fresh products,this paper proposes how to establish and improve the cold chain logistics system of agricultural products with Harbin as the research object,such as:increase capital investment and policy support.Strengthen the establishment of a sound cold chain logistics system standard;attract third-party cold chain logistics enterprises,create a good environment for the development of third-party cold chain logistics enterprises;strengthen the construction of integrated road transportation system,improve cold chain logistics equipment;build a centralized and unified agricultural products Circulating network platform,enhancing the importance of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises to informationization;accelerating the cultivation and introduction of talents in agricultural cold chain logistics;constructing a cold chain logistics network within and across regions of Harbin agricultural products.
