| With the continuous progress of Internet technology and people’s demand for healthy agricultural products,instant cold chain distribution of agricultural products has become a new business mode,and the demand and business volume of agricultural products cold chain logistics in China is growing rapidly.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of distribution,common distribution has become a new choice for small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises to organize their own logistics and distribution system.In this context,the research on the common distribution mode of agricultural cold chain logistics becomes an issue worthy of attention.This paper takes RC company as the research sample,after reviewing the current theoretical research results on agricultural cold chain logistics distribution and common distribution,based on the existing research results,combined with the purpose and theme of this paper,the existing research results on the evaluation of agricultural cold chain logistics and common distribution mode evaluation are integrated to build the evaluation index system of agricultural cold chain logistics common distribution.After that,this paper introduces the current situation of the development of RC’s agricultural cold chain logistics and distribution,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate RC’s agricultural cold chain logistics and distribution through a questionnaire survey of RC’s operation status.It is found that in the management index scheme,RC Company has established a relatively complete distribution management organization structure,but there are certain defects in the construction of information platform;in the index of facilities and equipment,RC Company faces the problems of insufficient number of distribution vehicles and low proportion of common distribution business,meanwhile,the cold chain technology level in the distribution process is low,which adversely affects the freshness and quality of agricultural products;in the operation indicators,there is the problem of distribution capacity allocation;in terms of service indicators,RC companies are able to achieve consumer satisfaction and loyalty,except for the low efficiency of distribution.Based on the results of the above empirical analysis,it is found that RC has the problems of insufficient coverage of agricultural cold chain logistics,poor practical application of the common distribution model,difficulty in sustaining the quality of agricultural products and the efficiency of vehicle delivery needs to be improved.The reasons behind this are the lack of quality common distribution cooperative suppliers,the disadvantage in the common distribution deskwork relationship,the lack of constraints on multiple parties of common distribution and the lack of regulatory basis for agricultural cold chain logistics.The reasons behind this are the lack of quality co-distribution suppliers,the disadvantages in co-distribution relationships,the lack of constraints on co-distribution parties and the lack of regulatory basis for the distribution of agricultural products.It is proposed that firstly,the quality of common distribution suppliers should be improved by further revising the rules for joining suppliers,increasing the number of suppliers of shortage models and improving the matching degree between vehicles and business needs,secondly,the quality of common distribution suppliers should be provided in terms of assessing business needs,strengthening supplier performance management and maintaining good relationships with existing partners,and again in terms of updating and maintaining the order management system,increasing the number of order summaries and optimising the turnover of fresh produce.Finally,we should improve the information level of logistics and distribution in terms of optimising the monitoring of the agricultural products distribution process,strengthening the information management of the procurement process and improving the information of the inventory management process. |
