Research On Diversified Development Strategy Of HR Group

With the development of social economy,the market demand is constantly changing.Under this situation,the management structure of enterprises is reforming with the change of the market.In order to take more market share and avoid the risk of being simple in operation,enterprises usually diversify development strategy by developing business in many fields.Enterprises should formulate a diversified development strategy base on scientific analysis,and carry out reasonable analysis from many aspects,such as the situation of company's development,resources and the competition environment and so on.Also they should formulate its diversified development strategy according to its own core competitiveness.So how to analysis the internal and external environment scientifically,to define the preconditions,the selection of a new direction of development on the basis of maintaining and to develop the existing business,and the introduction of new profit growth points for enterprises under controllable circumstances has become a problem that most of the enterprises need to think about.This dissertation use HR Group as a practical case to carry out the research by making a comprehensive use of field investigation method and case analysis method to analyze the current situation of the diversification strategy of the Group based on the development strategy of diversification.Meanwhile This dissertation also discusses the problems existing in the earlier diversification development strategy of HR Group and analyzes the problems.By using the guidance of modern enterprise development strategy management theory and the SWOT Methods to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company.According these methods,HR group replanned its diversification development strategy,defined its development strategy and ST strategy,and the related diversification development strategy was emphasized.HR Group should consolidate the foundation by developing the main production of duvet and other related diversified business,peel off the unrelated diversified business,extend the industrial chain,and achieve the cooperative development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries related to diversification development strategy.Finally,the dissertation analyzes the risk of HR Group's diversified development strategy and puts forward the safeguard measures of the development strategy.
