Research On Diversification Development Strategy Optimization Of Handan KY Group

Private enterprises are the important foundation of national economic and social development in our country.With the rapid development of social economy and private enterprises,large private enterprises are faced with the internal needs and external challenges of diversified management.This paper studies the diversification of KY group.Based on the existing diversified development strategy on the basis of the theory of diversification research and strategic management theory,this paper analyzes the Handan KY group process of diversification and operating condition of each unit in this paper,the feasibility and necessity of diversified development has been clear about the group,at the same time the development status and problems of KY group are analyzed in this paper.The external environment of KY group’s diversification strategy is analyzed by PEST method.The development strategy of "one-core two-wing multi-point" was proposed through system abstraction,and the strategies for optimizing diversification strategies have also been proposed,it is namely to strengthen human resources good management,capital operation,the establishment of modern management system,business model innovation,for government policy support,improve resource utilization machine System.
