| Diversification is an important choice for the company in formulating strategic plans.In particular,for companies that have developed to a certain degree.In order to achieve the expansion of the company,the company adopts a diversified development strategy to expand its operating scale,achieve horizontal expansion and vertical expansion of its operations,gain competitive advantage and increase the profitability of the company.However,in the real environment,the implementation of a diversified development strategy also faces risks.Not every company can choose a diversification strategy to achieve the company’s goals.It is necessary to adopt appropriate diversified development strategies according to the current development stage of the company in order to guarantee the enterprise.In the long-term development of the company,it will gain a certain degree of market competition status so as to realize the decentralized risks and achieve the business objectives.For Yue Duo,it has achieved certain results in Apple’s production and sales after years of development,but compared to the mainstream fruits on the market,apple as a single major business is subject to price,value-added products.Affected by the factors such as the chain the market demand fluctuates greatly,and the market share still does not reach expectations,which brings about great uncertainty for the long-term development of the company.At the same time,as people’s living conditions improve,consumers’ demand for products becomes more diversified,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the general consumers by adjusting market demand simply.How to adapt to the increasingly competitive market,this is both a challenge and an opportunity.This article describes the development of Yue Duo,and focuses on the problems of the multiple product strategies,such as the single product category,low quality fruit ratio,lack of product vertical extension,and weak industrial chain development.The strategic positioning and environmental analysis of Yue Duo determined the preferences of consumers and the importance of diversification strategies by designing survey questionnaires.It systematically formulated corporate diversification strategy implementation plans,from product diversification to product vertical diversification.The implementation of the strategy and the diversification of the industrial chain in several aspects to enhance the core competitiveness,the use of the analytic hierarchy process to determine the priority order of development,and based on this specific implementation of diversification strategy put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Combining the company’s strategic positioning and environmental factors,we analyzed the formulation of the multi-dimension strategy of Yue Duo.By comparing three different diversified development strategies,we determined that the product’s vertical diversification development strategy has the highest weight,indicating that the diversification strategy should be prioritized.Considering the longitudinal extension of the product,which should increase investment in the deep processing of the product.The second is the diversification of key product categories,comprehensive research and analysis of the company’s market environment,in addition to the Apple technology,the quality must be bold to explore and innovate,and at the same time to strengthen the optimization of fruit varieties,products,and industrial chain,strengthen the matching Logistics,storage,sales,and high-value-added products,to achieve a comprehensive product transformation from a single apple producer to improve the competitiveness of the industry. |
