These years, as national economy and the people’s livelihood, Medical Reform has gradually become the focal point of both government and people. Medical Reform Plan has also paid more attention and involved to the development and management of pharmaceutical retail enterprises. Drug retail enterprises show rapid growth due to government’s encouragement on chain business. While, how do these enterprises gain competition advantage in this fast changing market economy? Human Resource becomes the focus of the enterprises in this field. As the most precious resource, human resource pushes the competition of enterprises to that of training. The research on the subjects related to staff training gains more prominence, which is proved to be hot subject for human resource development research and practice.BCT is a pharmaceutical retail chain enterprise in Qingdao, professionally in drug retail and medical service. Over the years, BCT regards human resource as the most valuable resource and attaches much importance to her development. Staff training is from less to more, which indeed has effect on improving staff professional knowledge and technique. However, in the atmosphere of medical reform deepening and competition intensifying of pharmaceutical retail industry, the issue of high-quality staff needs become increasingly prominent. Fostering high-quality staffs become number one priority. While, the training system BCT executes now is hard to satisfy the talent needs for her future development due to lagging training idea, structure, contents and methods, which limits her improvement of market competition in advance. This paper takes BCT training system as the research object, and takes the importance of human resource training and development affecting improving enterprise competition ability and comprehensive ability as research subject. It will place research on BCT present situation and optimize BCT staff training system, with the objective of helping BCT enhance human resource quality by designing and executing complete and efficient staff training system, so as to acquire market competitive advantages.This paper starts the research from concepts relative to human resource and staff training, guided by training theories. Comprehensively using literature survey, on-the-spot investigation, interview, questionnaire survey and data analysis, the paper tries to make readers understand BCT present situation of human resource, investigates and analyzes present training system, concludes a series of problems BCT training system faces and puts forward optimization suggestions and safeguard measures, so as to help BCT improve the adaptability to market environment change and go through the upcoming competition challenges.The staff training system optimized in this paper is based on present traits of BCT human resource system. It combines a series of advantages and disadvantages inside and outside the enterprise and environment variables as well, putting the theories into practice, which makes the research of this paper feasible and practical. It will help BCT efficiently launch staff training and roundly improve the quality as well as level of human resource. Not only does it facilitate the completion of human resource system, but also contributes to enterprise competition improvement. In this case, BCT will gain solid base and support to meet the market chances and challenges. At present, research and optimization on staff training system of pharmaceutical retail enterprises is still in the exploratory stage. The opinions and ideas this paper putting forward in training field will provide reference value to similar enterprises in enhancing stalT competence, so as to realize talents reservation and education, strengthen enterprise cohesion and competition.
