| With the deep development of economy in China,quality management plays a more and more key role in each field,and proofed high-quality management can improve the customer satisfaction and make the company stand out from the competition.Power industry is the backbone in each country,and the power equipment’s quality management level impact the energy safety,and related to national interest as well as the strength and competition of the country.Steam turbine and generator unit are the main equipment in steam power station,they produce electricity from kinetic energy which transferred from elevated temperature and high-pressure steam,so the quality of the steam power unit relate to safety and efficiency.How to ensure the quality of the equipment,and meet the requirement of contract(hardware and software delivery),international,national and industrial specifications,which are not only the customer’s requirements but the need of project execution.The article is based on quality management related theory,and refer to steam turbine and generator equipment manufacturing project,briefly introduce the domestic and overseas market for steam power equipment.And analysis of the contract requirement for normal projects,the characterize of the steam turbine and generator also.Fully analysis of project quality management,quality planning,quality assurance,quality control,and quality improvement.After analysis of the quality management of ABP,found the problems of process function setting,supplier management,nonconformity management,product realization process and personnel training.At last,provide the improvement actions basing on the findings in the quality management system:resetting of the process function,strengthen the supplier development and rational qualification of new suppliers,strengthen the design interface management,production process standardization and strengthen the training effect assessment and other improvement measures,through some applications,get a good practical effect. |
