A Research On Full Chain Quality Improvement Strategy Based On PLM In TL

Along with the continuous development and promotion of the world manufacturing industries,nowadays combination of information technology and traditional manufacturing industry is becoming an inevitable trend toward success for most of companies.Globalization of world economy requires companies to not only build up own business process internally but also collaborate with business partners,in order to share the resources and integrate the product data.While,PLM is that system which can help management of customer needs,product technology development,manufacturing,service and product lifecycle.Thereby,eventually realize promotion of crucial competitiveness.In this thesis,research on how to improve the operational quality of full chain of business,based on PLM ideology,change management strategy and process optimization and reengineering.First of all,introduce the background,purpose and significance of the research.And introduce the actions that companies have taken and how it performed.Secondly,analyze the current situation of the operational quality of full chain of business and identify where the gaps are by connecting to TL's strategic target.Thirdly,analyze the gaps and correspondingly bring out the solution in terms of business process optimization and reengineering and also verify how it benefits the operational quality of full chain of business in TL.The thesis mainly analyzes the following four business processes: New product development,market and sales,manufacturing and after-sales service.And then respectively optimize and reengineer the process for each business sector,finally evaluate the outcome that optimized and reengineered business process brings.Taking the above to verify the effectiveness and worthiness of PLM to informatization of manufacturing industry,and that it really helps improve the operational quality of full chain of business.
