Customization Order Lifecycle Management System Based On ASP

The emergence of individualized customization requirements gives birth to continuous growth of the competition focusing on customization requirements among manufacturing enterprises, more and more customization-oriented manufacturing enterprises take collaborative management of order lifecycle business process as an important strategy of improving the abilities of responding to customer requirements and winning competition. In recent years, many domestic and foreign experts and scholars have done lots of researches on technologies about customization-oriented business, such as product configuration, supply chain management, customer demand management, and made many valuable results. But research on customization order lifecycle management system is still relatively few. As an exploration, a Customization Order Lifecycle Management System Based on ASP (COLMS-ASP) will be studied in this dissertation.Based on the analyses of characteristics and requirements of customization order lifecycle management of customization-oriented manufacturing enterprises, a Customization Order Lifecycle Management System Based on ASP is set forward, and the architecture and the running mode of the system are established. The architecture includes system structure and system functions; the running mode include ASP service mode, business running mode and project management mode.According to researches above, the general technical framework of Customization Order Lifecycle Management System Based on ASP which includes main techniques, special techniques and supporting techniques is put forward, among which project management technology, Web services management technology and dynamic business process management technology are researched.In the end, a set of Customization Order Lifecycle Management System Based on ASP is developed and applied at a customization-oriented manufacturer in Chongqing. The implementation benefits the enterprise a lot.
