| With the development of e-commerce,electricity distribution center towards the direction of automation and intelligent development,how to rational allocation of resources and planning layout to improve the efficiency of the operation of electricity providers and cost savings,electricity companies to become an urgent problem.Multi-layer shuttle bus operating system and the "goods to the people" of the picking mode,greatly improving the utilization of the warehouse space at the same time also improve the distribution center operating efficiency.In this paper,the distribution center is planned in the "picking person" mode,and Sim3 D software is used to plan the simulation of the distribution center.Finally,the advantages of the distribution center planning are compared.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper first studies the operation mode of the "picking person" sorting system,the operation mode of the electrician distribution center and the operation mode of the multi-layer shuttle car,and expounds the "goods to the people" selection mode based on the multi-layer shuttle The operation flow of the power distribution center and the influencing factors of the operation efficiency.(2)Based on the actual situation of D company,this paper finds out the problems in the allocation and distribution of resources in the distribution process of the distribution center,and then collects and extracts the data.After simplifying the original data as the article,Configuration and SLP based on the layout of the optimization,and ultimately established a single side of the out of the model and the two into and out of the two modes of planning.(3)Finally,Sim3 D software is used to model and simulate the multi-layer shuttle system in unilateral entry and exit mode and bilateral access mode.The equipment and parameters of the two schemes are determined by simulation.Finally,it is better to determine the single-sided access mode based on the multi-layer shuttle.This paper provides a solution to the improvement of operation efficiency and space utilization rate for the electricity distribution center by means of the planning and simulation of the "goods to the people" model of the multi-layer shuttle bus.Optimize the layout planning provides a reference. |
