The vehicle scheduling in supply chain occupies an important position.At present, Most logistics enterprise vehicles dispatch was arranged by way of artificial experience.However,with the wide application of electronic commerce technology and diversified pattern of industrial development in city, the enterprise can not formulate scheduling plan under the case that all the information was known.Therefore, to optimize the dispatch of logistics vehicles can improve the logistics profit, implement logistics more scientifically.By the review of relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the in-depth study of two questions, which are very important in the vehicle routing and scheduling system of city distribution center, one is deciding the goods loading, the other one is vehicle routing optimization.First,the urban distribution vehicle scheduling process factors were analysised.Especially,the goods loading and vehicle routing problems were described detailedly ,and the two mathematical models were ginven respectively.Secondly,the algorithm is designed with the help of genetic algorithm (GA)for goods loading problem,to optimize the process of loading in the optimization module of ExtendSim and optimize the process of dispatch in the optimization module of ExtendSim with the algorithm.Meanwhile, the improved GA which comprises cluster analysis is used for solving the vehicle routing problem.Thirdly, The dispatch question is simulated and optimized with the use of ExtendSim logistics simulation software, taking the mathematical model established as logic, the simulation results can follow the principles of maximize economic to the vehicles,which can provide a new way to solve vehicle routing problem in the optimization of logistics and distribution system.Finally, The optimization of single vehicle's distribution route is achieved on the platform of GIS, and this paper focuses on three main functions of the system: the spatial database and non-spatial database module, the optimization of vehicle operation route module and the GIS output of distribution route module.The author has made the simulation test for the vehicle scheduling system, in order to achieve the visualization of the output control for the distribution center. The results have a certain universal and decision-making significance in the field of end distribution of the city.
