With the influx of a large number of sports stores and the trend of the environment of "sports for all", sports retail market competition become more intensified. Distribution center as a business support, played a key role to the development of the entire enterprise.In this paper, by selecting the D company Changping distribution center as a sample, the author through participating in D company Changping distribution center warehouse optimization consulting project, found that such as low inventory accuracy, customer demand is not timely response, high maintain warehouse cost, low operation efficiency. Company existing logistics distribution ability already cannot satisfy the development of the enterprise, such as the existing distribution center operation plan, distribution process.so it must optimization of the whole system from the perspective of supply chain. How to effectively meet the needs of stores, to improve the working efficiency of the logistics, reduce logistics costs become the main task of D company currently. Based on the basic theory and methods of the logistics distribution center, combined with modern information technology and logistics management theory knowledge, D company Changping distribution center of logistics operation optimization problems were studied. First analysis of D company Changping distribution center internal operation process, the external distribution scheduling and aspects of the status quo and existing problems, and then puts forward the D company internal optimization scheme of Changping center, including: process optimization distribution center, storage area optimization and slotting optimization scheme, the scheme can make the enterprise at the lowest cost, minimum inventory, timely and accurately meet the needs of stores being, so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Used ABC classification to analyze the stock goods storage areas, formulate reasonable inventory structure; Building a slotting optimization model to get the optimal scheme, would reduce picking distance, improve the working efficiency.Finally use the vehicle scheduling optimization theory, design the D company Changping the distribution amount of bus scheduling scheme for distribution center. Established and resolved the Distribution vehicle scheduling optimization model, and provides the theoretical support for D company distribution center scheduling.
