With the development of economic, Beijing’s "big city disease" problem increasingly prominent. Air pollution, traffic congestion, brought inconvenience to the life of people. April 2015, the program "coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region" was approved, this program clears the development direction of beijing-tianjin-hebei region. In order to control Beijing’s "big city disease", some non-capital industry of Beijing will ease to Tianjin, and Hebei area, these industries that need to be replaced including the logistics industry. J company as the company has its own e-commerce logistics, based on its own development and related policies, also faced with the problem of logistics and distribution center relocation. In this paper, starting from the background of integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region, through the analysis of current relocation of the logistics problems, and J company’s own logistics operation, and with reference to the relocation site of other logistics enterprises’logistics base or logistics zone in Beijing, the company prepared J logistics distribution center relocation initial program. The simulation model of the proposed relocation program to simulate distribution, logistics study Chinese emigration to bring change. The simulation model based on the theory of modeling, GIS theory, shortest path algorithm theory, Multi-Agent simulation model was built in AnyLogic platform, the establishment of urban road network model based on GIS theory, the simulation data records was achieved through the relevant procedures. Demand delivery model, based on Company J’s orders in the Beijing area generation, distribution vehicle models from the logistics center, via the road network model in Beijing, according to the optimal path Dijkstra algorithm determined to reach the point of distribution requirements, complete analog distribution. Path and distance data produced by the Simulation Model, and do visualization, analyze with the results, finding the impact of the relocation program in Beijing urban road network transport nodes, and related sections, as well as changes in distribution costs. Compare and analysis and the result, and selected the best relocation programs.
