Study On Potato Industry Promoting In Dingbian County From The Perspective Of Cultural Creativity

In the the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is a major historical task to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to build a socialist modernized country.In 2018,the central document of the Central Committee stressed that we should focus on developing cultural resources and developing rural characteristics and cultural industries and creative industries.Dingbian county is a famous "potato village" which has more than 400 years of potato planting history and rich cultural background.In the time of Facing the new development,the situation of new development,how to excavat,develop and utiliz the unique potato culture resources,and then how to apply it to the potato industry to promote the two interpenetration is of great significance to integrate and promote the sustainable and healthy development of potato industry.On the basis of collecting and reading related literature,this paper makes clear that the cultural creative situation in the potato industry in Dingbian county is the focus of research,guided by the theory of industrial integration,the theory of cultural industry,and the theory of creative agriculture,and the comprehensive use of literature,questionnaire,and semi structural interview,from the perspective of cultural creativity for the study of potato industry upgrading in Dingbian county.In the process of writing this paper,the author adopted the semi structural interview,questionnaire and literature research to understand the achievements and problems of the potato industry in five aspects of planting,brand,deep processing,market and economic benefits.Then,from the perspective of cultural creativity,from five aspects of potato public brand,potato culture festival,potato culture,potato culture and the positive energy of potato industry,the transformation of cultural creativity in the potato industry in Dingbian county is described.Then it discusses the achievements which are made in the culture construction of potato industry in Dingbian county.There are four main aspects: a high level of modern culture,frequent potato culture activities,high cultural value of potato,and high brand awareness of potato.And it analyzes the five problems that appear in the potato industry in Dingbian County: the lack of cultural elements in the potato industry,the lack of development of the potato leisure culture industry,the lack of development of potato local culture,the light culture of the main body weight benefit of potato production and management,and the neglect of the horse bell by the government enterprises Special diet development of sweet potato.Finally,through the discussion of the previous three chapters,four countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of cultural creativity: the top level design,the comprehensive planning and development of the cultural elements of the potato industry;relying on the culture museum and other related cultural units to encourage the artistic creation related to the potato;the whole development of the potato industry chain tourism experience project;continue to increase Publicity efforts to enhance the popularity of the potato industry.
