| Rural revitalization is a solid foundation and an important link for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In recent years,the No.1 Central Document has repeatedly emphasized that each region should adapt measures to local conditions,give full play to the advantages of resource endowments,and develop suitable famous and high-quality specialty products.Build the entire agricultural industry chain,promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and achieve effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the promotion of rural revitalization.The small miscellaneous grain industry is a traditional advantageous characteristic industry in Dingbian County,Shaanxi Province.The development of the small miscellaneous grain industry is of great significance in terms of food security,improving the food structure of residents,increasing farmers’ income,alleviating rural poverty and improving the utilization rate of agricultural land.From the perspective of industrial development,this study takes the development of small miscellaneous grains industry in Dingbian County as the research object,and sorts out the relevant literature on the economic benefits,nutritional value,industrial processing,production area distribution,dietary structure,and market conditions of small miscellaneous grains.On the basis of clarifying related concepts and theoretical foundations.First of all,we have a preliminary understanding of the overall development of Dingbian County from three aspects:geographical location,economic situation and industrial structure.Based on the understanding of the overall regional overview of Dingbian County,the four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology are introduced through PEST.Through SWOT analysis,we can see that:in terms of advantages,the advantages of the small grain industry can be summarized as:Policy advantages,advantages of natural conditions for growing small grains,and tourism advantages of buckwheat flowers;disadvantages mainly include backward technology,weak deep processing technology,and insufficient product marketing;opportunities are reflected in:the development of small grains industry coincides with the policy opportunities for the prosperity of the industry.The needs of green agricultural development in my country meet people’s needs for healthy food;the threats faced include:single product,unpredictable market risks,labor loss,insufficient mechanization applications,and competition with other producing areas.Through the SWOT matrix analysis,the strategies for the development of the small miscellaneous grain industry include SO growth strategy,WO twist strategy,ST multiple experience strategy,and WT defensive strategy.Finally,the demand and supply of the development of the small grain industry in Bianxian County are analyzed.Through the above analysis,the following countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of demand and supply:strengthening publicity on demand to improve the market awareness rate of minor cereals;Increase the cheapness of food processing and improve the level of product refinement;Improve market supervision and reduce the cost of consumer rights protection;Develop network sales mode to improve the portability of packaging;Improve consumers’ psychological expectation price and tap consumers’ potential.Supply:increase scientific and technological support,promote good varieties and good laws;Formulate safeguard measures to encourage farmers to participate;Strengthen skill training to improve farmers’ quality;Create superior brands and promote product marketing;Innovative cooperation mode to cultivate leading enterprises;Promote industrial integration and create excellent agricultural tourism products.With a view to opening up a new situation of minor cereals industry development in Dingbian County,promoting the sound and rapid development of minor cereals industry,and providing a solid foundation for industrial transformation and upgrading. |
