Under the background of the global economic downturn,China's economic and social development has entered a slowdown of the new normal.How to break the sales dilemma is the primary problem flower industry to be solved urgently in our country.But just rely on lower prices, improve product quality flowers, has can't satisfy the consumer demand of flowers in modern society.The author thinks that the combination of cultural creativity and flower industry plays a more important role in promoting modern flower consumption.It provides a new path to promote the transformation and upgrading of the flower industry.The author through the consult literature, visiting investigation finds that the current development of flower industry transformation has the difficulties of lacking of traditional flower culture, the lower industrial added value, insufficient domestic demand.While,Flower culture and creativity is the combination of cultural creativity and flower industry.It is conducive to enhancing the added value of the flower industry, promote the optimal allocation of resources, create new economic growth point, promote the extension of industry chain, and inheritance and innovation of Chinese flower culture.lt Has important significance in the reform of the supply side of flower industry.Now, the combination of cultural creativity and flower industry is still at an early stage.The existing basic path in cultural creative to promote the development of flower industry is the development of traditional flower products, popularizing flower decoration application and developing flower festival tourism cultural creativity,flower culture creative industry has not yet formed.Now,although there are some more successful flower culture creative practice,but most of them have problems such as,lack of cultural and creative ideas, lack of cultural connotation, lack of features and talent resource.Therefore, it is necessary to set up the flower culture creative concept,build multi-level talent system, establish multiple investment mechanism and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights to build a gooddevelopment space for the transformation and upgrading of flower industry.This paper is a useful discussion about the cultural creativity promote the transformation and upgrading of flower industry from the angle of theory.
