Research On The Construction Way Of Smart City In Changyi Of Weifang City

With the advent and rapid development of information technologies such as the Internet,the Internet of Things,and cloud computing,in 2008,IBM first proposed the idea of building a “smart city” to solve the growing problem of urban diseases facing the world and create a kind of A beautiful,new city life.The people of all countries,with such awkwardness and aspirations,set off an upsurge of building a smart city.This trend quickly spread to China.In December 2012,the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice on the pilot work of smart cities in the country,and issued the Provisional Management Measures for Pilot National Smart Cities and the Pilot Indicator System for National Smart Cities(Trial).Weifang Changyi took the lead in launching the smart city construction in Shandong Province,and was identified as the first batch of national smart city pilot cities.Since March 2012,after more than five years of exploration and practice,the smart Changyi planning,design,technical level,and operational effectiveness have led the province and are at the forefront of the nation.This Paper chooses Weifang Changyi to build a smart city.Through this study,we have discovered the success of Weifang Changyi smart city construction,identified the problems and disadvantages of Weifang Changyi smart city construction,and addressed the problems and drawbacks in combination with Weifang Chang.Based on the basic situation,the new model for building a smart city in Weifang Changyi was proposed.This will not only provide a feasible plan for the construction of a smart city in Weifang Changyi,but also promote the further development of Weifang Changyi Smart City,create better conditions and foundations for Weifang Changyi's urbanization development,and be able to provide wisdom for other places.Urban construction provides reference and enlightenment.
