The evaluation index system for crop energy consumption in farmland ecosystem was reconstructed under our current productivity level via enterprise survey and experts consultation by the method of field survey and literature research. On this basis, Buzhuang town, Weizi town, Beimeng town, Longchi town in Changyi City had been chosen as investigation subjects, and the farm-household questionnaire about input-output situation of wheat and corn was conducted in these regions.640 pieces of questionnaires were sent out and 615 available questionnaires were retrieved including 301 for wheat, 314 for corn. Energy input-output level, input structure and benefit of energy during the planting of wheat and corn are analyzed by means of sorting and calculating of relative data. Conclusions were summarized as follow:1. The energy input-output elements have different material form in the farmland ecosystem and the analysis of energy input-output must construct evaluation index system of crop.2. Energy input is mainly inorganic such as fertilizer, machine. If the energy input of chemical fertilizer, machine and labor is considering, the energy input-output ratio of wheat and corn are 4.60 and 7.58 respectively and the profit of corn energy is relatively high than that of wheat.3. Energy input structure of wheat and corn is dominated by fertilizer and labor in Changyi City, and then is machine, and organic fertilizer is less used.4. Agriculture production will increase when inputs such as chemical fertilizer and diesel increased generally. But it is not always the case. Irrational fertilizer or inputs structure will destroy the environment and soil structure and make the production of Farmland ecosystem lower. Strategies and suggestions are concluded based on the current situation and problems of energy input-output of wheat and corn in Changyi City:Firstly, popularize the agricultural technology of energy-saving and energy efficiency, reducing the application rate of fertilizer, raise the utilization rate of fertilizer. Secondly, increasing the application of organic manure by encouraging straw returning etc. and establish farmland biological positive cycle mechanism. Thirdly, increasing research and development agriculture product machine and actively spread applicable new machinery equipment and technology, and improving the mechanization level of agriculture, reducing labor intensity, enhancing the productive efficiency of agricultural production Fourth, spread the comprehensive utilization technology of straw, and improve the utilization of agricultural straw. Fifth, enlarging the scientific research popularization dynamics, starting transgenic engineering and extension improved variety and fine method to raise crop yield; sixth, improving farmers' fertilization and pesticide application ability and changing their unscientific habits by training, demonstration or extension, and optimizing farmland energy input structure, saving agriculture production level and developing economized or ecological agriculture.
