Study On Participatory Effect Of Leisure Agriculture In Mountainous Areas In Hebei Province

In 2016,the No.1 Central Document stated: "We will vigorously develop leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and rely on rural resources such as green mountains,pastoral scenery,and local culture to vigorously develop leisure and vacation,sightseeing,health care and retirement,creative agriculture,farming experience,and rural arts and crafts,and so on.Make them a new pillar of prosperous rural and affluent farmers." The development of leisure agriculture has become the direction of agricultural development and a new way to increase the income of farmers.At the same time,with the rapid economic growth in our country,people's needs are increasing.From the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,when people's basic living conditions are met,people will derive higher-level spiritual needs.The development of leisure agriculture is a path for reform of the agricultural supply side.This article adopts the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,and the analytic hierarchy process to carry out a quantitative analysis of participatory leisure agriculture in mountainous areas of Hebei Province through field survey and indepth research on the development status of participatory leisure agriculture in Hebei province.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Through the analysis of tourists' psychological characteristics: The leading factor for tourists' travel is “learning experience”,accounting for 35% of the total.This shows that tourists travel mainly to experience rural life,production and customs,and to understand agricultural scientific knowledge.Tourists' behavioral characteristics: mainly self-driving tour,accounting for 40% of the total,short distances,and few featured items;the total consumption of people under 300 yuan accounted for 60% of the total number of people,the consumption is low,and there are fewer participation-type projects.The demand for participation of tourists cannot attract tourists.(2)The overlapping degree of diversity of participatory recreational agricultural tourism projects in mountainous areas of Hebei Province is above 95%,which indicates that the participation rate of participatory leisure agricultural projects in Hebei Province has a high overlap rate,the diversity of participatory leisure projects is low,and there is little participatory program.The description shows that the projects for participation in recreational agricultural tourism in mountainous areas of Hebei Province are very similar in terms of services,facilities,and experience of tourists.The experience that visitors can get is basically the same.Visitors have less choice of project diversity and low participation of tourists..(3)By comparing the participatory and non-participatory scores,it can be seen that before the introduction of participatory projects into leisure agriculture in Hebei Province,the composite score was only lower at 201.98,and after the participation was introduced,the score was increased to 296.13 points,which indicates that the participation rate In the development of leisure agriculture in mountainous areas of Hebei Province,it has played an active and effective influence,and has determined the score of experience participation,social participation,decision participation,and cultural participation 168.73>58.53>47.74>21.12,indicating that participatory leisure agriculture is under development.It should focus on experiencing the development of participation.
