With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s material lives are being satisfied and increasingly enriched,and people are increasingly paying attention to spiritual consumption and satisfaction.Leisure agriculture,as a new type of agricultural operation and consumption mode formed by the integration of agriculture and tourism,not only can fully utilize and tap the multifunctional value of agriculture,promote the formation of modern agricultural industrial system,promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,and increase farmers’ income,but also conforms to the spiritual consumption needs of people in the era of experiential consumption,so that people’s spiritual life can be satisfied.Dingyuan County has rich agricultural resources and natural landscapes,profound cultural heritage,and unique folk culture.Leisure agriculture has rich resources that can be developed and utilized,with great development potential.In recent years,Dingyuan County has initially formulated a comprehensive tourism development plan with the help of the construction of national scenic roads within the county,expanding the scale of the leisure industry and achieving certain economic benefits.However,it remains to be verified whether leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County can well meet the consumption needs of tourists in the development process,how its current development status is,what problems exist,and how to solve them.This thesis takes leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County as the research object,with the support of experience economy theory,leisure economy theory,and agricultural multi-function theory,and combines empirical research methods to explore the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County and propose countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reliable reference for the healthy and sound development of leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County.Firstly,this thesis defines the concept of leisure agriculture by combing relevant domestic and foreign literature,and analyzes the current situation,overview,and effectiveness of leisure agriculture development in Dingyuan County.On this basis,an evaluation index system for the development level of leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County was established,and the evaluation index system was divided into three layers using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The first layer is the target layer,the second layer is the criterion layer,and the third layer is the indicator layer.The target layer is the evaluation indicator system for the development level of leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County.The criteria layer includes five aspects of leisure agriculture: infrastructure,product characteristics,natural conditions,official support,and development benefits.The indicator layer includes a total of 23 indicators,including service facilities,security facilities,and specialty catering.On this basis,the weight of each indicator is calculated through expert scoring method,and the comprehensive weight ranking is analyzed.Secondly,by issuing questionnaires to tourists to obtain data,and using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)method,the comprehensive evaluation scores of three survey points were calculated.The results showed that Wuwei Town scored 75.75 for science popularization education,with a good development level,followed by Outang Town’s folk culture type,with a score of 62.68,with a development level of average.Chihe Town’s rural catering type scored 56.84,with a development level of average.The difference was analyzed.After that,the personal situation of consumers and their perception of leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County were analyzed.The results show that there are some problems in leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County,such as insufficient construction of tourism supporting facilities and unclear product characteristics.Finally,based on successful experiences at home and abroad,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of leisure tourism services,innovate business methods,and expand the development scale.With a view to providing reference and reference for the development of leisure agriculture in Dingyuan County.
