Study On The Development Model Of Zibo Leisure Agriculture

Leisure agriculture is an effective way to revitalize the countryside and occupies an indispensable position in Zibo’s modern urban agriculture.The development of leisure agriculture is one of the effective ways to transform and upgrade traditional agriculture,with the obvious attribute of integration of three industries.There are various development modes of leisure agriculture.On the basis of ensuring basic agricultural production,an appropriate development model of leisure agriculture provides urban residents with a variety of leisure service functions such as tourism,vacation,health preservation and entertainment to continuously improve their experience,increasing the employment opportunities and economic income of local farmers,and effectively promoting rural economic growth and social progress.Therefore,the development mode of leisure agriculture has gradually become the focus of theoretical research and specific practice of agricultural development in various regions.The research area of this article is Zibo City,which has a strong agricultural foundation,diverse natural scenery and superior geographical location.In addition,the urbanization process is accelerating,residents’ income is increasing,and tourism demand is increasing year by year.Economic transformation,to energy saving,high efficiency,environmental protection and green.In the development of leisure agriculture,the leisure agriculture enterprises in Zibo districts and counties have adapted to local conditions,adopted different models according to the actual situation and development level of the region,and achieved positive results have been achieved through more modern management strategies and more advanced marketing methods.Through on-the-spot investigation and interviews,the basic situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Zibo was understood.The related literatures of leisure agriculture at home and abroad were studied by literature research methods,and the current situation of the development mode of leisure agriculture was studied.Thirty-seven star-rated leisure agriculture enterprises in Zibo were selected by random sampling method.According to the different business entities,the three types of models of "single farmer type","enterprise-driven type" and "multi-party type" for the current development of leisure agriculture in Zibo were refined.The definition and characteristics of each mode are given,and 12 typical cases are selected for research.The advantages and disadvantages of the three modes are analyzed.According to the characteristics of leisure agriculture development,20 specific indicators are selected from six aspects of economic benefits,operation scale,reception capacity,accommodation conditions,infrastructure and brand effect,and three types of evaluation index systems for Zibo’s leisure agriculture development model are constructed by using analytic hierarchy process and combining the statistical data of Zibo’s Agricultural and Rural Bureau from 2016 to 2019.The evaluation results show that the operation scale condition has the most obvious influence on the development of the "single peasant household" model.Economic benefit conditions have the most obvious influence on the development of "enterprise-driven" mode.Infrastructure conditions have the most obvious impact on the development of the "multi-party joint venture" model.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the model.There are two innovations in this paper: firstly,on the basis of in-depth analysis of some typical cases in Zibo city,three types of development models of leisure agriculture in Zibo city are refined,i.e."single farmer type","enterprise-driven type" and "multi-party joint venture type".The second is to establish an evaluation index system for the three development modes of leisure agriculture in Zibo City,and to evaluate the development modes of leisure agriculture in Zibo City.
