| With the comprehensive completion of China’s well-off society,the process of economic and social development and urbanization is also more rapid,and the urban-rural dual structure is gradually improving.As a new business form under the integrated development of industries,leisure agriculture is an important measure to integrate the comprehensive development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,accelerate the process of agricultural modernization,and implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the integrated development of urban and rural areas.As an important part of the poverty-stricken areas in the Taihang Mountains of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the western mountainous area of Handan plays an important role in the development of Western Handan and even the whole Taihang mountainous area,such as industrial support,economic guidance,consolidation of poverty alleviation and prevention of return to poverty.Under the guidance of agricultural multi-functional theory,leisure economy theory,sustainable development theory and other professional theories,this thesis takes the main cities and counties in the western mountainous area of Handan-Wu’an city,Fengfeng mining area,Shexian county and Cixian County as the research objects,investigates and analyzes the development basis and status of leisure agriculture by using the situation analysis method,and investigates its market demand by using the questionnaire survey method.The results of investigation and analysis show that at present,the overall development of leisure agriculture in the western mountainous areas of Handan is in good condition and has great development potential,but it is also facing unprecedented pressure,such as the difficulty of transformation and upgrading,the limitation of fixed thinking mode and the fierce development competition among regions.Consumers have a wide range of ages,mainly in the middle-aged and the elderly.Tourism information is mainly obtained through new Internet media and other people’s recommendations,and most of them like recreational agricultural activities with high experience and interest.Most consumers are satisfied with the current development,and nearly half of the tourists believe that services and facilities need to be further improved.Combined with typical cases,this thesis deeply analyzes the four characteristics in its development,and summarizes the five typical models presented by the development,namely,the characteristic fruit picking model,the vacation tourism health care model,the folk customs experience model,the science and technology tourism demonstration model and the multi-functional comprehensive model.Based on the above studies,the feasibility measures and suggestions are put forward.First,in the future development,we should improve the infrastructure,optimize and integrate resources,and realize the good situation of strengthening the foundation and promoting development;Second,we should clarify development objectives,focus on coordinated development;Third,we should strengthen industrial integration and establish a new mechanism for business forms;Fourth,we should activate innovative elements and highlight characteristic culture;Fifth,we should strengthen standardized management and strengthen publicity and guidance.We will truly implement the development goals of meaningful,not simple,green ecology and charming mountainous areas. |
