The accelerating pace of urbanization has caused many people to flock to cities in search of more employment opportunities, convenient transportation, quality education and convenient life. However,in rural areas, the rural population has continuously decreased while the area of rural homesteads has continued to increase. The trend of growth. After investigation and development, the vast majority of rural areas in China have problems such as excessive homestead area, illegal construction, and hollowing out.The state and many scholars have paid great attention to the homestead issue and launched a pilot program for homestead exit.Based on this, this paper takes Pishan County as the research area, selects 210 sample farmer households as the survey objects, takes the occupation as the classification object, and divides them into concurrent and non-concurrent types.Using Logistic Binary Regression Model, the comparative analysis influences different types. The exit factors of farmer households' homesteads come to the conclusion and give relevant suggestions. The study found:(1)From the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,it is found that the distribution of homesteads in Pishan County is affected by factors such as natural factors and historical policies. The macroscopic distribution is mainly banded and lumps, and microscopically along rural low-grade highways and Ditches are in the form of a grid. There is widespread area in the homestead in Pishan County, and the planning is irrational. The phenomenon of hollowing out in rural areas has achieved a hollowing rate of 12%.Hollowing is more serious in pastoral areas, and the villages and villages are more inhabited.difference.(2)Descriptive survey of farmer households The survey found that rural households in Pishan County had low understanding of relevant policies such as homestead and homestead exit.Farmers willing to withdraw from the homestead in accordance with relevant national policies accounted for only 7.97% of the total sample population.(3)Regression analysis found that factors affecting homestead exit are: familypopulation, family income, homestead policy understanding, homestead quantity, homestead area, homestead ownership, homestead exit compensation, and other factors affecting homestead The household population, family income, and understanding of the homestead have a negative effect on the exit of the two types of farmer's homestead;the number of homesteads, homestead ownership, homestead area, and homestead exit compensation are two types of farmer homesteads. The exit has a positive effect, and compared with non-part-time farmers, factors such as gender, labor population, and road satisfaction have a greater impact on the exit of homestead farmers.(4)Make corresponding recommendations for homestead exit. The exit of homestead is an important policy of the country and it is imperative. The government should vigorously promote the relevant policies of the central government and local governments, actively formulate the exit system, and guide farmers to exit the house site in a reasonable and orderly manner.Farmers should be given reasonable compensation for exiting the house site, and ensure that their production and living conditions will not be affected after they exit. The government and other relevant units actively perform the rehabilitation work after the homestead exit.
