Study On Willingness And Influence Factors Of Rural Homestead Exit In Bin County

With the development of the economy,a large number of farmers choose to work in cities,resulting in more and more idle rural homesteads,and the phenomenon of hollow villages is becoming more and more serious.With the gradual increase of the number of "hollow villages",a lot of rural land is wasted,while the current situation of tense indicators of construction land needs to be solved urgently,and promoting the withdrawal of homestead has become an important measure to solve the problems..In recent years,the state has issued many relevant policies on the withdrawal of rural homestead,which provides policy support for solving the waste of rural land,alleviating the pressure of shortage of construction land and increasing farmers’ income.Because homestead is an important guarantee for farmers’ life,the withdrawal of homestead affects the vital interests of farmers and the stable development of society The withdrawal of rural homestead has become the focus of the whole society.Whether farmers are willing to choose to withdraw from homestead has a vital impact on the withdrawal of homestead.The withdrawal of homestead must comply with the wishes of farmers.Therefore,understanding the wishes and factors affecting farmers’ withdrawal and mastering the real ideas of farmers in homestead withdrawal will help to provide scientific basis and effective support for the formulation of homestead withdrawal policy put forward reasonable suggestions for the withdrawal of homestead,so as to accelerate the withdrawal of rural homestead,improve the utilization rate of rural land,promote the rapid development of county economy.Three typical towns are selected in different locations in Bin County,Heilongjiang Province,and the exit intention and its factors of rural homestead are investigated in this paper,Through the sorting and analysis of the survey data,the logistic model is established,and the regression analysis of the selected variables is carried out by using spss22 software,so as to obtain the significant factors affecting the homestead exit willingness,and put forward targeted policy suggestions based on the survey data and regression results.The research results show:(1)Bin County was selected as the study area,and three different towns,Juren Town,Manjing town and Ningyuan Town,was investigated as a typical area.in this paper.A total of 484 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey,which 74.8% of the respondents chose to exit from rural homestead,indicating that farmers in Bin county have a strong willingness to exit from the homestead.(2)Through the construction of logistic regression model,empirical analysis on Farmers’ exit intention,factors influencing homestead exit intention are divided into:basic characteristics of peasant households,family characteristics,homestead condition and exit willingness factor.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the main factors affecting farmers’ homestead withdrawal are positive,such as gender,age,educational level,occupation,number of people engaged in labor in the family,number of people not engaged in agricultural labor in the family,number of people with endowment insurance,residential distance,residential use,residential structure,farmers annual family income and presence or absence of urban housing and other factors.Some factors such as family population,place of employment,source of income,residential area and number of homesteads have a negative impact.Moreover,the age of farmers,the number of people engaged in labor in the family,the annual income of the family,the source of income,the distance between the homestead and the town and whether there is urban housing have a significant impact on Farmers’ exit intention.(3)Based on the results of investigation and empirical analysis,this research shows that the government should fully respect the wishes of farmers,reasonably guide farmers to exit from homestead,provide targeted policy support for homestead exit,provide financial support in different ways,formulate reasonable compensation standards,improve post exit safeguards,scientifically determine the utilization direction of homestead after exit,give full play to the exit of land use,the living standard of farmers has been improved,improve the living environment,the rural revitalization strategy of Bin County was promoted,promote the development of county economy quality.
