With the development of urbanization and the integration of urban and rural areas,a large number of rural laborers have chosen to work in large cities in order to seek more development opportunities.This shows that the population of rural areas is decreasing and the area of ??rural residential land is increasing.At present,the rural areas in China are generally over-standard,the idle or inefficient use of homesteads,and the weak awareness of farmers' policies.Coupled with the implementation of the “rural revitalization” strategy in recent years,the exit of the homestead and the rural governance are bound to Row.Therefore,in order to save land,increase the intensive use of land,ensure the red line of1.8 billion mu of arable land,and ensure the reserve of reserve land resources,the relevant government departments need to improve the awareness of the farmer's house site policy,and take scientific measures to properly organize the rural house site according to local conditions.Planning rural layout.This paper takes Ning County,a poverty-stricken county in the northwestern region,as the research area,and uses the farmers in this area as the research object to classify the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to withdraw their homesteads.The analysis can positively and negatively affect the willingness of farmers to withdraw their homesteads.The influencing factors provide scientific and reasonable policy recommendations for the local government to guide farmers to withdraw from the homestead.This paper uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other methods to obtain the following conclusions based on binary logistic regression through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the willingness of farmers' homesteads in Ning County,Gansu Province: the gender and age of farmers are presented to the willingness of farmers to withdraw their homesteads.Negative correlation was significantly correlated,and the degree of education did not show a significant correlation with the willingness to withdraw;the annual household income was significantly negatively correlated with the willingness to withdraw from the farmer's homestead;the area and number of homesteads played a significant positive impact on the willingness of farmers to withdraw.The negative utilization degree of the base significantly affects the willingness of farmers to withdraw from their homesteads.The awareness rate of farmer homestead policies in Ning County is low,and it is not significant for the dependent variable.Farmers have a significant positive impact and negative impact on the exit of the homestead and whether they are worried about the decline in living conditions and whether there is urban purchase intention,indicating that the basic living conditions of urban and rural areas in Ning County are very different.Generally speaking,farmers in the Ningxian area yearning for urban life are affected by factors such as economic strength and sentiment,and it is difficult tocompletely abandon the right to use the homestead.
