At present,the steel industry is facing a demand for the quality of the product is very important,coupled with the demand for human capital in the steel industry,and human capital issues have been Is the iron and steel enterprises to solve the problem,such as the perfect staff performance system for the development of enterprises is very important.Therefore,this paper chooses the Valin Lian-yuan Steel Raw Material Testing Center,which is familiar with the author,as an example to optimize the staff performance management system of the testing center,and propose an optimization scheme with operability and certain reference value.In the course of this study,the theoretical content of performance management and the actual development of the Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Raw Material Testing Center are combined.The ultimate goal is to establish a scientific and reasonable staff performance management system.First of all,this paper has adopted some research methods to understand the achievements of employees' performance management at home and abroad,which provides the basis for the optimization of employee performance management system.Secondly,through the case analysis method,the Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Raw Material Testing Center is selected as the research case,and the present situation of the staff performance management system of the Valin Lianyuan Steel Raw Material Testing Center is analyzed.From the Valin Lianyuan Steel Material Testing Center Basic performance,performance management system,performance management process,performance management plan,performance process management,performance appraisal,performance feedback,the use of performance appraisal results and other aspects of the status quo specific analysis;Thirdly,we use the field investigation method and the questionnaire survey method to sort out the first-hand data,and analyze the problems and causes of the staff performance management system of the Valin Lianyuan Steel Raw Material Testing Center.If the center performance plan is not scientific,The implementation of the central performance is not in place,the key performance indicators of the center are flawed,the lack of feedback on the performance of the center,the low performance of the central performance results,the improper application of the central performance management results,etc.;The main reasons for the performance of the external environment,the organization itself and the reasons for their own three major aspects of the staff.Finally,based on the basis of the problem,combined with the actual development of the Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Raw Material Testing Center and the basis of the modern enterprise system,a new scientific performance management system is established,mainly from the main objectives of the performance management system optimization design,Performance management system optimization design principles,performance management system optimization design ideas and performance management system optimization program implementation of several aspects to protect,respectively,Valin Lianyuan Steel Materials Testing Center to develop staff performance management system to provide meaningful reference value.
