Performance management is one of very important part in the human resourcesmanagement, which is not only an effective guarantee to improve the level ofperformance management, and also an important tool to realize the strategic target ofenterprise management. At present, many enterprises have set up performancemanagement system in our country, but the practice effect is not obvious in theprocess of performance management, where there always exist some problems anddeficiencies that make the established performance management system not obtain thebenefit maximization. In order to solve the sorts of problems of enterpriseperformance management, which makes it really serve the enterprise strategy, thusestablishing a set of suitable and effective performance management system for theenterprise is imperative.By analyzing JH steel structure company as the case research object,and makingfully use of the performance management theory and methods related to carry out theanalysis of the present situation of the company’s performance management, thisarticle summarizes problems and defects in JH company performance management inquestionnaire. In addition, through the analysis of the causes resulting in problems ofJH steel structure company performance management, the key performance indicatorshave been put forward as the core of performance management optimization scheme,combined with the improvements of the five elements of performance managementprocess, and a performance management system that can apply to JH steel structureshould be established.This article adopts the method of relating theory with practice, seeking a set ofperformance management optimization schemes suitable for JH steel structurecompany.And hope in this way can we solve the performance management problemsof JH company and enhance its performance level, furthermore also provide similarenterprises in the rapid development with a certain reference in the process ofperformance management.
