Study On The Optimization Of The Career Management Of The Basic Staff In Jiangxi Brance Of Bank Of Communications

With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of globalization,career management is becoming more and more important in modern enterprise human resource management,which has direct influence on enterprises and employees.As the most direct and important position personnel,the basic staff of enterprises play a vital role in the development of enterprises.Especially for the banking,grass-roots staff as the first contact of marketing and service,directly represents the image and level of the bank,therefore,a stable grass-roots staff can effectively promote the bank's annual indicators of successful completion,and career management in maintaining a stable team play a key role.For the Enterprise HR personnel,fully understand the needs of grass-roots staff,tap their potential core value,optimize their career management,can provide the source power for the sustained and rapid development of the enterprise.Through reviewing and combing the theories of enterprise management and career planning,this paper focuses on the basic staff in Jiangxi branch of Bank of communications,using qualitative,interview and questionnaire to find out the problems existing in career management of the branch staff,and find out the reasons for the problems.According to the actual situation of Jiangxi branch of Bank of communications,this paper puts forward the optimal design scheme of the basic staff's career management,and then reduces the turnover rate and job burnout of the grassroots staff,improves the satisfaction and loyalty of the basic staff to the bank,and finally realizes the overall improvement of the human resource management level.
