Abstract/Summary:
With the intensification of competition among commercial banks,talent competition has become the focus of commercial bank competition.Commercial banks should improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises by optimizing the career management level of employees.Taking GY bank as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of employee career management of GY bank through data access,case interview,questionnaire and other methods,and puts forward the optimization scheme of employee career management combined with relevant theories such as career development theory,career anchor theory,career person matching theory.The study found that the problems existing in the career management of employees of GY bank are:(1)lack of effective guidance for career management;(2)employees at different posts and levels have great differences in the evaluation of career management of employees in GY bank.(3)the training system can not meet the needs of employees to achieve self-improvement;(4)the assessment mechanism does not fully realize the incentive effect;(5)the promotion channel of employees is unclear;(6)there is information isolation between different positions;(7)employees do not carry out career managementThe main reasons for the career management problems of GY bank include:(1)the corporate culture and institutional arrangement of career management have not been formed;(2)differentiated career management system is not established;(3)the training is lowly targeted,strong bias and poor effectiveness;(4)the number of professional titles and promotion conditions is unreasonable;(5)the standard of career development channel is unclear and the design is single;(6)there is no standardization Standardized job responsibility system(7)employees lack career management knowledge.In view of the problems found in the research,this paper puts forward the following optimization measures: strengthening employees’ awareness of career management,establish a differentiated career development system,improving the whole process employee training system with the core of "Shuangshuang University",strengthening employees’ personal assessment,optimizing the salary incentive system,increase the number of professional titles and optimize the promotion conditions,disclosing job information and carry out post rotation,carrying out career management counseling.And this paper also put forward corresponding safeguard measures.Looking forward to providing reference for the career management of employees in GY bank.
