| Xi ’an Chang’an Natural Gas Company co.LTD is a comprehensive enterprise integrating natural gas storage and transportation,pipeline laying and gas maintenance.Not only more than ten years since its establishment,the company business scope expanding,but the old human resources management ideas and methods already cannot adapt to the needs of the development of the company’s business,may even have a negative impact for the enterprise development.The company’s original employee career management system has not been implemented.Therefore,how to optimize the design of the company’s employees’ career management in a scientific way enables it to serve the company’s strategic development,and it is of great significance to realize the joint growth of employees and enterprises.This paper uses the theory of career management to analyze the current situation of human resource management of Chang’an Natural Gas Company,and puts forward the existing problems in the career management of employees and finds out the reasons of the problems.In this paper,relevant literatures and management practices related to career management are reviewed in this paper,and the current status of theoretical research related to career management is introduced.Second,from Chang’an Natural Gas Company employees’ career management present situation,through the consult material,and methods of management and employees interview,analysis of the company is now in the aspect of employee career management problems and causes of the problem.Through the analysis,this article thinks that there are cognitive biases company existing talent recruitment,qualification management system is imperfect,imperfect employee career development channels,low staff turnover,lack of motivation and so on four big problems.Again,according to the existing problems,this article from the position in different stages of the system,staff career management,training system and evaluation system and so on four aspects of Chang’an Natural Gas Company staff career management optimization design,further improving the system of the company’s employee career management.Finally,in order to make optimal design plan smooth implementation,put forward the implementation plan safeguard measure.To provide organizational guarantee for the construction of staff management system and establishment of professional management committee;From establishing the qualification system and the position dynamic adjustment system to provide the system guarantee for the implementation of the optimization plan;From establishing professional post information release platform and training management platform to provide platform guarantee for the implementation of optimization plan;In order to build a rich staff culture and build a talent concept of human text,a good corporate culture and development atmosphere will be created.Through the implementation of Chang’an Natural Gas Company employees career management optimization project,will help companies crack the current staff career management difficulties,improve the status of enterprise management,and further activate the enterprise human capital,stimulate staff vitality,personal growth and enterprise development combined,To help employees achieve the development of personal career in the process of achieving enterprise development strategy objectives,and ultimately to promote the realization of self-realization of employees at the same time to achieve business value,to achieve mutual benefit and common development. |
