Core staff are employees with high value and high scarcity.Today,knowledge and technology have become decisive factors for the development of modern society.Core staff has become a unique resource for enterprises to win competitive advantages,and how to build quality talent reserves has become the primary problem for enterprise development.The enterprise's human resource system needs to undertake the enterprise strategy,and must update the human resource management mode in time for different stages of development and different enterprise scales.In the reform of human resources management,the career planning of staff is an important content.Only the personal development that guides the staff is consistent with the development of the organization's strategic goals.In order to realize the in-depth development of career management,the organization's human resources can be improved.This paper takes A company as a case study,focusing on the theme of career management optimization of core staff of A company,through three aspects: raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.In order to enhance the effectiveness of A's human resources,this article based on relevant theories of career management at home and abroad,introduced the relevant knowledge of career,and constructed the theoretical basis of the thesis.After that,it introduced A's business profile and human resources status.It is clear that the core staff of company a mainly include excellent management staff,technical staff and skilled staff.Through the investigation and analysis of A,it was pointed out that the staff' professional career planning mainly has the following problems: lack of reasonable career promotion channels,unreasonable design of employee training system,incomplete system of professional information exchange,and confusion in employee career planning.The thesis draws on the successful career management practice of domestic and foreign enterprises,and combines the characteristics of A industry to optimize the design of employee career management system.Construction of the system including the career management system ideology construction,organization construction,system construction,set up professional information communication platform,and establishing a career oriented human resource process mechanism.Every organization should be from the development of steps to career management activities,ideas,organization system,the stronghold of which should by informationcommunication platform,security system and implementation process of system form a comprehensive career management system.By establishing a career management system for staff,we hope to increase the professional growth level of A staff,enhance work efficiency,and ensure the common development of staff and staff.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for the construction of the career management system for staff in other labor-intensive enterprises in the country and realize the sustainable development of the company.
