Career management plays an increasingly important role in human resource management.It not only has a direct impact on the career development of employees,but also plays an increasingly important part in the long-term development of the company.At present,the financial industry,represented by banks,has undergone tremendous changes in its survival and development environment,which has brought unprecedented competitive pressures and severe challenges to the development of C County Rural Commercial Bank.People are the most active factor in the bank.The competition between banks is ultimately based on the competition of people.How to select,use,educate,and attract high-quality talents,that is,reaching the combination of career management and the banks' development goals,and the realization of optimal allocation of human resources for "Everyone can give full play to their talents",is of great significance to the rapid development of the rural commercial banks and their unrivalled competitiveness.The research object of this article is the employees' career management of C County Rural Commercial Bank,and focuses on the problems and causes of this work.Based on this,an optimized plan is designed to solve practical problems.This article,guided by the theoretical foundations related to career management,and through the design of questionnaires and interviews,finds out the current situation of human resources of C County Rural Commercial Bank,the employees' career,and the existing problems.The root of the problem is further analyzed and interpreted.The optimization plan determines the design goals 'principles and design basis.It starts from the key parts,links,and processes of employee career management,and carries out the development of targeted and age-specific career management by optimizing employee career planning.In addition,it also optimizes the employee promotion channel and the training mechanism measures to solve practical problems,and provides relevant guarantees for the implementation of optimization programs,such as publicity,departmental cooperation,platform design and creating a cultural atmosphere,which prompts more scientific and reasonable career management of employees in this bank,and its human resources development,improve its economic benefits,and promote its sound and sustainable development and promote the good and fast development of the Rural Commercial Bank.
