Research On Postal Agent Financial Sales Transformation Of S City Post Bureau Based On Post Project Evaluation

In accordance with the overall reform idea of self support-agent management model of postal savings,the postal savings bank of China was established in March 2007.After that,the networks which have not been included in the postal savings bank system are called the postal agency financial network.They have been engaged in outward exhibition according to the mode of agent postal savings bank business.In recent years,with the dramatic changes in the external environment and the development of postal agency finance itself,the pressure of postal agency finance in the management level,operation ability and sales norms and other aspects of the transformation and upgrading is increasingly pressing.Under this background,S City Post Bureau startede to invite the third party financial consulting company to carry out the postal agent financial sales transformation project,which is to promote the management ability of financial agency and its network in 2011.For S City postal enterprise,sales transformation project should cover all agent financial networks in 2016.A lot of problems need to be solved,like how to accurately evaluate the realization of the target,whether the implementation process is in place,whether the project results can be cured and the actual value of the third party companies,etc.It is related to the value and positioning of the project itself,and more related to the basic problem of the transformation and development of the agent finance through the path arrangement of the sales transformation project.Therefore,for S City postal enterprise,it is particularly important to study the post evaluation of the agent financial sales transformation project in 2016.Post project evaluation refers to a systematic and objective analysis of the purpose,process,effectiveness,effect and influence of the completed project.Post project evaluation has many purposes.The post-project evaluation system is a large project for the study of the sales transformation project of S city postal agent finance.In the course of practical research,this paper mainly uses the principles,methods and implementation process of project post evaluation to carry out in full swing.And it mainly uses analytic hierarchy process,contrast method and comprehensive evaluation method to carry out evaluation work of sales transformation project.This paper is a summary and evaluation of the current agent financial sales transformation project,which can improve post evaluation measures of the S city postal agent finance implementation in large-scale projects.At the same time,by strengthening guidance of the evaluation results,it can improve and optimize the sales transformation plan of agent financial network.It can continue to promote the improvement of management capacity of the S city postal agency finance,so as to achieve the sustainable development of the postal enterprises.
