The post-evaluation of project is a kind of effective method of testing Investment decision-making result, summarizing the experiences and lessons, promote project decision-making scientific and standardization and is getting project decision-making and management agency's attention. In the power market, the power network operation enterprises as an independent economic entity participates in the market transaction, grid construction project post-evaluation is an effective means and main ways to realize the goal of developing grid. Based on the introduction of post-evaluation method of the power grid construction projects, this paper focuses on the economic benefits post-evaluation of the power transmission and transformation project. This paper establish the index system of economic benefits evaluation of power engineering project and expect the method of the fuzzy optimization theories and the BP network model with fuzzy optimization, as the method of economic benefits post-evaluation of the power transmission and transformation project.This evaluation model is applied to a transmission project of Tangshan, the results indicate that the project is under good economic benefits and the evaluation model is feasible .
