Network is the cell of bank and the most basic organization of bank operation.With the continuous renewal of financial technology and the constant change of people's living and consumption habits,the single deposit and withdrawal service of traditional bank outlets can no longer meet people's growing financial needs.Building a new type of financial outlet with diversified products,refined services and more safety and convenience has become finance is the inevitable choice for sustainable development of enterprises.The subject of this paper originates from the actual project of Heilongjiang Province Branch of China Post Group Corporation(hereinafter referred to as "Heilongjiang Post"),which is the transformation and upgrading project of agency finance.It is the optimizing and upgrading of the original postal agency financial network.Heilongjiang Post Agency Financial Network Transformation Project was investigated for improving the financial services of Heilongjiang Post.The current situations and problems were analyzed,and solutions were provided from the perspective of project management.Feasibility analysis of Heilongjiang Post Agency Financial Network Transformation Project was carried out,and feasible quality control scheme is suggested from the perspective of project management by referring to the advanced experience of quality control and management upgrading of financial network transformation at home and abroad and combining with the actual needs of Heilongjiang Post.The most critical problem in Heilongjiang Post Agency Financial Network Transformation is quality assurance,which is also the major issue in this thesis.The key factors which may impact the quality control were analyzed and optimized in order to form an effective quality control evaluation scheme,including the location of service stations,appearance design of service stations,service environment design of the stations,concept of service personnel optimization of marketing mode,innovation of management mode,precise division of network service areas,service stations service process,network service personnel structure and clarification of personnel responsibilities duringthe service process.The expected effects of the quality management was preliminarily analyzed with the verification method of project management.In this thesis,the method to establish an efficient operating process in the internal network was also studied,example as improving the performance appraisal mechanism,improving the work routine meeting system,building a team spirit culture and optimizing the network human resources.
