In recent years,with the normalization of the real estate market and the maturation of the process of urbanization,the state continuously strengthen the supervision of the real estate and construction industry,and the whole industry has moved far away from the era of profiteering.In the new time of project management,performance management plays a very important role.There are two meanings of so-called performance,one is whether the goal has been achieved,another is how much cost has been achieved.This article,taking the HD Real Estate Company as the object of study,combines the domestic and foreign experts' theories and research views in related aspects,and integrates the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)of the key index(KPI)into the formulation of the performance appraisal,and conduct an in-depth study of how to establish the assessment system and the implementation.This set of evaluation methods provides an objective evaluation of the work of the team and individuals,and combines the characteristics of customers to live in an ever-increasing demand in the new time,and also list customer experience and original customer maintenance as important indicators.It provides a reference for the construction of project team from a new angle.Combined with my actual work,this article studies the related content and model of the management accounting of the country in recent years,and finds out the problems in the performance appraisal system under the influence of the original theory and the great environment.Then,taking the application of performance appraisal in the project management team as the research object,find out the existing problems,analyze the reasons and propose solutions.After using theoretical knowledge to set up a series of evaluation indicators,we formed a series of performance appraisal methods from strategy to plan and then to specific implementation.
