human resources,as the core competitiveness factor of company development,strengthen human resources management and improve management performance,can continuously inject vitality and enhance market share for company development.Performance management is an effective way of modern company management.Every company needs to set up a performance management mode that is suitable for its actual performance according to the company's business characteristics and the characteristics of human resources,rather than blindly copying it.Therefore,taking HT company as an example,through the research methods of literature,questionnaire and Delphy,try to use the Balanced Scorecard to build human resources performance management of HT model,and applied to the human resources performance management in the company,in order to improve the performance of human resources management level and management efficiency.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the factor chain structure of the elements of the Balanced Scorecard consists of 4 aspects:finance,customer,learning and growth and internal operation scorecard.After a screening of experts and two screening of first-line managers,HT human resource performance management model based on the balanced scorecard is obtained,including 4 first level evaluation indicators,two level indicators 13 items and three level indicators 28 items.(2)based on the balanced scorecard,the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of human resource performance management of HT company is greater than 0.7 in four levels,including the financial,customer,internal operation and learning and growth.The correlation coefficients between the three level indicators and the total entries are all greater than 0.5,and the design of the model is reasonable.(3)the KMO value of human resource performance management index of HT company is 0.812,and the value of SIG is 0.It is suitable for factor analysis.Exploratory factor analysis shows that the trend of the fourth points is slowing down.The 4 principal components of the balanced scorecard are reasonable.The factor load matrix shows that the indicators identified in this study can cover 83.79%of human resource performance management information.(4)the importance of human resources performance management of HT company based on balanced scorecard from high to low order:internal operation indicators,learning and growth indicators,customer indicators,financial indicators,two indicators of Human Resource Competency and HR cost weights higher.(5)based on the balanced scorecard,the strategic map of HT company's human resource performance management includes:the strategic goal of learning and growth level,the strategic goals of the internal operation level,the strategic goals of the customer level and the strategic objectives of the financial level.(6)9 indicators of human resource performance management in HT company are excellent,7 are good,4 are 8,4 are two,3 are excellent,5 are good,2 are 3,and the level of performance management at two level is medium.The human resource performance management at the company's customer level and internal operation level is good for the good grades,the financial level and the learning and growth level.The HT company's overall performance of human resource performance management is good.
